The food is great, it wasn’t cheapened out. The washroom toilet paper and hand paper are commendable as they are so soft. Also, Stephanie is an awesome waitress.

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. The decorations were incredible. As soon as my family and I walked in, we saw the gorgeous Koi fish pond, dozens of flowers and an adorable pink little robot named Mandy that led us to our seats. The walls were painted in beautiful patterns and we sat right under a model of a cherry tree. The aesthetic of this restaurant is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I applaud whoever came up with the design because any direction I looked was absolutely stunning. The service was incredible as well. Our server, Lisa, was such a wonderful person. She started off giving us warm towels before we ate and continued to check on us throughout the meal. She was the best! We loved her. As for the food itself, it far surpassed my expectations. There were all types of food to choose from and everything I tried was delicious. With over 100 options, I only wish I had time to eat more of it! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this may be my new favorite restaurant. Overall, this was an 11/10 experience and I can not wait to come back here.

We celebrated two birthdays with lunch for a group of 16 family members at this location on Saturday. The restaurant was super busy at the time but the staff here are pros and kept the buffet fully stocked and very clean. Our waiter Donny worked exceptionally hard to make us and everyone in his section feel special. This place is very inviting thanks to the hard working staff. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide a spot for guests to drop their own plates off during peak times. I would not have minded lending a hand to the staff by dropping off my own used plate when the restaurant is at full capacity. I would definitely return here. Lovely atmosphere and they don't rush you one bit so it's a great spot to host a family gathering.

I had a great time at Mandarin Buffet! The restaurant was clean, bright, and had a really nice atmosphere. The food was fresh, tasty, and there were so many options to choose from. I especially loved the sushi and desserts. Nhiza was our server and she was amazing — super friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Her service made our visit even better. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely go back again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding buffet with a huge variety of freshly made options. Well cared for and thoughtfully decorated to give it an upscale feel, but in a family friendly setting. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. Everything I ate had a delicious fresh taste, homemade not from frozen. Very elevated for a buffet. I would plan my next vacation around visiting her, as it's a must visit again location.

Fantastic all you can eat buffet! Great quality food and soooo many options. Honestly the best I have eaten at, and trust me our family knows our way around a buffet. The atmosphere and ambience was that of a higher end restaurant and not a buffet. Well executed and clean! Our server, Lisa, done a great job. I also loved that the manager came around and talked. I mean who takes family photos and prints them off for you. Not forgetting to mention fresh cotton candy for the kiddos and the fresh hot towels, which were a nice touch. Keep it up.

The Niagara location of Mandarin completely changed my impression of Mandarin, from dislike to falling in love with it. The food quality is excellent, fresh, and the variety is impressive. When you leave, they even give you cotton candy at the entrance to take home. From start to finish, they go above and beyond. My kids had an unforgettable and joyful experience. We all love Niagara Mandarin
